Now Booked Marketing has been in the water trade for years. We got tired of running the same manual playbook every month, so we built the machine that does it for us.
The story
The water industry runs on manual work.
Every water business we work with runs the same twenty to thirty tasks. Write a follow-up. Publish a blog post. Build a landing page. Draft a quote. Chase a signature. Reconcile a commission. None of it is hard. All of it is repeat work. And most of it is the reason nothing else gets done.
We started as an agency. We did the work by hand for our own clients, and got very good at it. Then we started asking: what if the work did itself? What if the site built itself from the brief, the SEO wrote itself from Search Console, the follow-up drafted itself from the missed call? What if the operator's job was to review and approve, not to type?
That's what NBM Water Hub is. It's the machine that our own team runs on, opened up for every other water business who wants their day back.
Behind the scenes
One small computer, doing a lot of work.
The platform is powered by a small fleet of software agents running on our own hardware. Think of them as a shift of digital staff: one writes SEO content in the morning, one drafts follow-up messages during the day, one builds a new landing page when a client asks, and one keeps every dashboard fresh.
They never take a day off, they never forget a step, and every piece of work they do gets reviewed by a real person before it reaches your customers. When you sign in, you're seeing the output of that shift, ready for you to approve.
We built this way on purpose. It keeps the platform fast, keeps the costs low, and lets us ship new products as fast as we can think of them. When we say we shipped a feature this week, we mean this week.
